SHELL SIDE CLEANING
TnT High Pressure incorporates the latest technologies
into shell side cleaning of heat exchanger bundles. Automated computer
controlled systems that effectively and efficiently clean bundles
ranging in size from 16 inches up to 72 inches. Placing all of this
ability into a completely contained cabinet allows cleaning to be
completed literally “anywhere”. Once the bundle parameters
are entered and the level of cleaning selected the operator can
monitor the progress from a control cab that compiles the real time
progress of the cleaning, providing a summarized report when the
bundle is completed. Armed with an intrinsically safe remote the
entire system can be paused by the operator at any time from up
to 100ft away. Numerous safety features also continuously monitor
such items as waste water levels, ware pressure and entry into the
blast cabinet. State of the art and designed for remote oil and
gas plants that have no wash pad access.
